Meet each membership requirement.
Completely fill out your membership
application.
Submit a copy of your military I.D. (or proof of
military service), a copy of your discharge certificate (if you are no longer on
active, reserve or guardsman duty).
Submit a certified copy of your birth certificate.
Submit your Initiation Pledge Fee and pay your Anniversary Fees on time.
