Find common grounds of conversation - military background, etc.  Just a footnote, we do not advertise our military rank and you do not have to disclose it to anyone other than National Headquarters.  You may talk about your branch of service, number of years and accomplishments.  Because we are a military sorority made up of sisters of different ranks, we do not encourage sharing rank information.

If you have a sister or pledge in your military organization, you must always treat her with the utmost respect.  You are not to break any rules because of your affiliation with this sorority.  You must always lend a hand to a fellow sister.  Don't ever be caught dogging or abusing your military rank toward a sister / pledge.  This is grounds for expulsion from the organization.  You will not be refunded any dues or fees and will not be allowed to rejoin the organization.

Alcohol during rush / pledging / initiation is not allowed.  At no time should anyone give you alcohol as part of any of these processes!  If this happens, please notify an officer of the National Headquarters in writing as well as verbally.
