CHAPTER FORMATION
INFORMATION
If you are interested in forming a
Sigma Phi Psi Chapter, and you are dedicated to Sigma Phi Psi’s Mission,
read the guidelines below and fill out the form and return it to National
Office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Read “Characteristics of
Good Chapters” on pages 7-18 of your Sorority Handbook.
Chapter Founders must be a
Sigma Phi Psi Sister in good standing.
Must be committed to the
Sorority.
Must recruit 10 New
Pledges. These ladies have to have gone through Rush, Initiation and
Induction. These New Pledges will constitute and make up your New Chapter.
See page 26 of your Sorority Handbook for Chapter Officer Positions.
Must pay a New Chapter
Charter Fee of $150.
Fill out the following form to receive your
Chapter Formation Packet. Upon completing each requirement, return your
packet to National Office. Upon approval of your Chapter’s formation, it
will be formally Installed.
